NO STOOL SAMPLE WAS TAKEN. <br /> COMPLAINANT REQUESTS CALL BACK. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Stored in refrigerator at cooks line.When <br /> order is placed,they are fried and served with cheese and lettuce. Cheese burger comes with beef pattie, mayo, mustard, <br /> pickle, and ketchup. Meat for burger is kept frozen at all times.
