Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to manager who was aware of this complaint. She stated that all employees are required to have hair pulled up and <br /> covered with hair nets. Customer was provided with another cheeseburger. <br /> Observation:At time of inspection all of the employees with long hair, had it pulled up and covered with hair net.All of the <br /> employees, including the ones with very short hair,were using head visors.
