PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR AS SOON AS <br /> POSSIBLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per manager, she is not aware of the complaint.Though County doesn't enforce sell by date, I didn't find any expired <br /> products on shelves in dairy or meat departments.As per manager, they check the sell by dates on daily basis. By inspecting <br /> the organic produce section, some Shishito pepper, green beans packs, green peppers on shelves and grape tomatoes <br /> packs, are showing rotten items.
