Time In: 10:40 am <br /> Time Out: 12:10 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET Date: 02/04/2019 <br /> Address: 250 E HARNEY LN, LODI 95240 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (480)814-8016 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00048604 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> DELI DEPARTMENT IS VERY DIRTY,THEY HAVE NO CHEMICALS AND HAVE NOT CLEANED OVER IN TWO <br /> WEEKS,AND THEY COOK CHICKEN DAILY IN OVEN. PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR TO FACILITY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, he is not aware of the complaint. By inspecting the Deli department, QUAT concentration at the 3 comp sink <br /> is 300 ppm. Sanitizer buckets in the Deli and Bakery departments are set up with QUAT 200 ppm. QUAT test strips are <br /> available on site. I observed an employee grilling chicken in the oven. She was using sanitary procedure in handling food, <br /> taking temperatures and washing hands between tasks. Hand wash station is fully supplied. Floor is showing some food <br /> debris as they were prepackaging food to be displayed on the cold hold.
