Item #209 — Designated operator failed to document Q3 PLLD Shutdown Alarm and check for appropriate response on the 4/26/2018 designated operator report. The designated operator had made an error on the designated operator report. On 1/22/2019, the designated operator who was present at the Monitoring System Certification made the proper correction to the 4/26/2018 designated operator report, see attached. Item #304 — Monitoring system not maintained to detect entry into secondary containment, and Item#305—The S10 smart sensor did not go into alarm when tested. On 1/22/2019, Gettler-Ryan technicians replaced the S10 smart sensor and retested with passing results. This item was corrected at the time of inspection. Item#306—The 91 STP sensor was not positioned to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity. - This sensor was in the same position during inspector Betty Ho's inspection on 2/1/2018, however Betty did not cite this as a violation. - On 1/24/2019, Getter-Ryan technicians relocated the sensor closer to the sump wall, see attached pictures as evidence of resolution. Item#308—The 87 STP liquid sensor failed when tested. On 1/22/2019, Gettler-Ryan technicians handled the sensor (it was stuck) and retested with passing results. This item was corrected at the time of inspection. Item #316 — Clamps for shroud boots on 87 Quad fill and 91 and Diesel fill spill containers were missing. On 2/21/2019, Gettler-Ryan replaced all shroud boots and clamps on all 87 Quad fill and 91 and Diesel fill spill containers, see attached pictures as evidence of resolution. It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all laws and regulations at our retail facilities. However, when we fall short of perfection, we endeavor to immediately address deficiencies, issues of concern, and/or agency requests regarding our retail facilities. With the submittal of this letter, it is our understanding that the item(s) of alleged non-compliance have been resolved and no further corrective action is required. Furthermore, we understand that there is no fine or penalty associated with this violation. If this is not correct, please contact me as soon as possible.
