A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store,dispose <br /> of,transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go to the DTSC <br /> web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHMD.cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number. Immediately <br /> reactivate your State ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 102 CCR 66262.11 Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Throughout the lot, used oily absorbent was observed on the ground. No disposal records for used absorbent were <br /> found. In addition, used absorbent was observed in the trash at the 501 Port Rd facility where the waste from this <br /> address is taken to. Any person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Immediately cease disposal of all used absorbent, make a hazardous waste determination for the waste, and <br /> manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 104 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) No modified contingency plan. <br /> An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information is lacking. There must be at least one <br /> emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate emergency response measures, and the following <br /> information must be posted by a phone: the name and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire <br /> extinguishers, spill control equipment, and if present,fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, <br /> unless the facility has a direct alarm. Immediately appoint an emergency coordinator and post the required <br /> information by a phone.
