The scanned copies available <br /> for review were incomplete. Only partial copies of the manifests were available. The maintenance supervisor, Dave <br /> Gorsuch, also said that there were some records that were not copied and just put directly away into the filing <br /> cabinet. Hazardous waste generators shall retain complete copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility <br /> and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available <br /> for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, <br /> and submit copies to the EHD. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 301 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> Hydraulic oil from a compressor had leaked onto the ground. There were several oil stains from other leaking <br /> machines throughout the lot. Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, <br /> explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the <br /> environment. Immediately fix any leaks and clean the stains. Manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a Copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by November 28, 2018. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate($152).
