Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> Walk-in--49.00°F <br /> NOTES <br /> Site visit-Facility had walk-in and prep unit out yesterday. Facility moved all food to walk-in freezer. Logs from facility have <br /> multiple days with walk-in above 50F(6-12-17 walk-in was at 49F and food at 51 F, 6-13-17 walk-in was 50F at 3pm, 6-14-17 <br /> walk-in was 60F at 7pm, 6-15-17 walk-in at 60F). All food moved out of walk-in was not temped so all food that was moved <br /> out of walk-in and placed in walk-in freezer must be discarded. Log on 6-17-17 has all refrigerator temps at 40F. Food was <br /> delivered last night at 1:30am and because walk-in freezer was full was left to thaw at room temperature. Checked food and it <br /> is still frozen, place in walk-in and do not refreeze food. Food delivered this morning to walk-in was 50-55F and must be <br /> discarded. Large prep unit is not in use, being worked on.
