Replace <br /> missing and repair loose coving tiles by 1 month. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. No evidence of rodent activity observed at time of inspection (no <br /> droppings or odor),facility has hot water,the rear door has new weather stripping installed,the ice scoop is in a cleanable <br /> container, bottled and canned beverages have been removed from the ice bin of the ice machine, and chlorine test strips <br /> have been obtained. <br /> Continue current pest control measures and frequency with your pest control company. Continue to monitor facility daily for <br /> new activity. If new activity is observed,take immediate action (clean up droppings, clean and sanitize affected areas). <br /> Submit photo(s)of correction once the hot water heater wiring is repaired (klinhares@sjcehd.com) <br /> An administrative office hearing will be conducted within 2 weeks(the next step will be determined at that time).
