Draft Limited Phase II Site Investigation
Austin Road-SR 99 Van Till Property Acquisition BCI File No. 2643.3
Manteca California
October 23 2013
"A24" samples(24 to 30"bgs). The 0 to 30"bgs interval represents the entire sample population
(all soil depths).
TABLE I
Lead Summary by Soil D7NDto
Lead
[FDepthInterval Datam /kes bgs) Points Mean
"A6" Samples(0 - 6) 10 8.37
"A24" Samples (24-30) 5 6.460-30 15 7.67
ND=Not detected at reporting limit of-3mg/kg
Based on the average values shown in Table 1,the lead concentrations are consistent within and
between sample intervals. The maximum total lead concentration is 25 mg/kg which is consistent
with published background levels for lead; consequently, elevated levels of lead/ADL do not
appear to be present in the area tested. We conclude that no further testing for ADL is warranted.
TPH
Our direct push boring did not encounter groundwater at 25-feet bgs. Therefore a soil sample
was collected. No petroleum hydrocarbons were detected in our soil sample. We conclude that
no further assessment is warranted for TPH.
LIMITATIONS
BCI performed these services in accordance with generally accepted environmental engineering
principles and practices currently used in Northern and Central California.
