(!A] AMCG)
A PARTNERSHIP WITH GROWERS
January 16, 2019
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
SUBJECT: Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act Inspection Report dated December 17,
2018
Item 601: In progress. The requirement to "...follow the order or requirements..." of 40
CFR Part 112 is somewhat confusing as there appears to be no clear list of that order or
requirements in Part 112.7. This plan has been reviewed and approved previously by
the County; we are, however, attempting to fulfill your request.
Item 604: The waste oil tank has been taken out of service (January 9, 2019) and will
no longer be used to store waste oil. Future generation of waste oil will be stored in 55-
gallon drums and shipped off-site as we have been doing previously with the bulk waste
oil.
Types of oil and fluids stored:
Compressor oil 3 drums
Motor oil 2 drums
Synthetic oil 1 drum
Hydraulic fluid 2 x 5-gallon buckets
Gear oil 2 x 5-gallon buckets
Item 609: Appendices A and B revised to remove employees no longer employed by
CALAMCO, add new hires, and modify the "Spill Reporting Hotlines" to include the
California Office of Emergency Services.
Item 613: Secondary containment in the form of a steel tank with 250-gallon capacity
has been ordered from a local contractor; this container will hold the 110-gallon diesel
tank connected to the primary backup generator.
1776 WEST MARCH LANE, SUITE 420 1 STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA 95207 PHONE 209.982.1000 1 WITHIN CA:800.624.4200 1 FAX:209,983.0822
www.calamco.com
