The <br /> subsurface will be cleared of underground utilities by notifying Underground Service Alert. <br /> 2.2 Sample Collection Protocol <br /> ' Soil <br /> Soil samples will be collected in clean brass tubes. The ends of the tubes will be covered <br /> ' with Teflon sheets and then capped with plastic end caps. Each sample tube will be labeled <br /> with a unique identification and placed in an ice chest for transport, under chain of custody, <br /> to the laboratory. <br /> 1 <br />
