(New West), Closure Solutions, Inc. (Closure Solutions) <br /> has prepared this Final Remediation Plan and Remediation System Design (FRP) for the New <br /> West—Flag City facility,located at 6437 West Banner Street, Lodi, California (the Site, Figure <br /> 1). This FRP was prepared in accordance with the Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R5-2007- <br /> 0709 (CAO), dated May 1, 2007. A copy of the CAO is included in Attachment A.
