MW3A is the
shallow well that is down-gradient(southeast)of the UST's and MW313 is the next zone of concern. MW4A is
down-gradient off-site (in parking lot of motel)and is non-detect but MW413 in the next water zone has 360 ppb
MTBE.
Mike has E-mailed a directive to perform confirmation sampling by 9/15/05 and has sent the results to Jim Barton
at RWQCB. If the contamination is confirmed they will be directed to submit a work plan to define the
contamination and to perform interim remediation (probably groundwater extraction). In Mike's E-mail he told
them to start planning for these requirements.
Margaret
-----Original Message-----
From: Mike Infurna [EH]
Sent: Tuesday, September 06, 2005 11:10 AM
To: Margaret Lagorio [EH]
Subject: FW: new west petroleum
FYI
-----Original Message-----
From: Jennifer Worsley [mailto:jennifer@apexenvirotech.com]
Sent: Friday, September 02, 2005 10:04 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: new west petroleum
Mike,
Thought you might be interested in preliminary tables for soil and groundwater results from the Lodi New West
Petroleum drilling.
