San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone: (209)468-3420 Fax: (209)468-3433 Web:www.sjgov.org/ehd <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ARAMARK 1 7679 LONGEST STOCKTON MaV 13 2015 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 403 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to keep hazardous waste containers closed except when adding or removing hazardous <br /> waste. <br /> Two 5-gallon open containers (one red and one green)with approximately 1-inch of oily liquid and oily rags were <br /> stored alongside several unlabeled hazardous waste containers noted in the previous violation. All hazardous waste <br /> containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers <br /> and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> Four 55-gallon poly containers, three 55-gallon red containers, six 5-gallon plastic containers, and two open 5-gallon <br /> containers observed inside the facility were found to be unlabeled. All hazardous waste containers shall be marked <br /> with the following information: <br /> -the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> - name and address of generator <br /> - hazardous properties <br /> - physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. Since <br /> these containers have been on site longer than 180 days, immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to <br /> dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> One 500-gallon tank, reportedly containing waste oil and located outdoors, had a blank hazardous waste label affixed <br /> to its side. All hazardous waste tanks shall be marked with the words "Hazardous Waste"and the accumulation start <br /> date. Immediately ensure that all hazardous waste tanks are marked with the required information. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a routine hazardous waste generator inspection. A checklist of findings was left onsite at the <br /> time of inspection, a final report was mailed to facility on May 20, 2015. Complete and submit a copy of the Return <br /> to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or <br /> will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, 30-days from receipt of this final report. <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br /> online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
