See <br /> attached Table 1 groundwater depths and Table 3 groundwater analytical <br />` results. <br /> 1992 <br /> 7/14/92 Monitoring Well, MW4, was installed. Seeilattached boring logs. No soil <br /> samples submitted for analysis. <br /> 3 <br /> 1r 1993 <br /> 1 /26/93 A groundwater sample was collected from MW4, the only well with <br /> sufficient groundwater to sample. See attached Table l groundwater <br /> r depths and Table 3 groundwater analytical results. <br /> 1994 <br /> 7/5-7/94 Four soil borings were drilled and sampled (SB-E1 - SB-4). See attached <br /> boring logs, Table 2 soil analytical resultsl and Table 3 groundwater <br /> analytical results (hydropunch samples collected). Also, MW2 and MW3 <br /> were destroyed. <br /> 1996 <br /> 10/25/96 Monitoring well, MWS, was installed and soil safmples were collected to <br /> E. evaluate the remaining soil contamination. See attached boring log and <br /> Table 2 soil analytical results. <br /> { <br /> 11 /8/96 Groundwater samples were collected from MW1 , MW4, and MW5. See <br /> attached Table 1 groundwater depths and Table 3 groundwater analytical <br /> results <br /> i <br /> 12/9/96 Groundwater samples were collected fro MWIF, M14, and MW5. See <br /> attached Table 1 groundwater depths and Table 3 groundwater analytical <br /> results 'F <br /> 1997 j <br /> 5/9/97 A Case Closure Summary Report was submitted which indicated that the <br /> remaining contamination of 1 .0 Ibs of benzene;, <br /> �' '� 10 lbs of toluene, 1 1 lbs <br /> of ethylbenzene, 52 lbs of xylene and 680 lbs of TPH-gas distributed <br /> between 20 and 50 feet bgs would not pose a future threat to <br /> groundwater. <br /> i� <br /> i <br /> T i' <br /> i <br />
