Unstable Footing, Physical Obstacles, and Falling Objects <br /> The work area will be inspected by the site safety officer who will advise all personnel of <br /> actual and potential hazards due to unstable footing, lighting,physical obstacles, and <br /> potential falling objects prior to the commencement of work activities. <br /> 4.2.5. Overhead Utility Lines <br /> Operations adjacent to overhead lines are prohibited unless one of the following <br /> conditions is satisfied: <br /> ➢ Lockout/tagout procedure. The main electrical switches is in a locked "off'position <br /> for any electrically operated equipment or electrical lines.
