What the Master File Record does, is to establish the billable party. Currently we have Chevron as the billable party, and I am trying to determine if that is changing. I apologize if this was too long, but I believe that half of my job is to teach. Rather than just slamming a bunch of numbers at you, I wanted to show you where the numbers came from. Is there a certain site MFR you would like to receive? Either 990 Beechnut Ave, 880 Beechnut Ave, or Fourth St at N. Central Ave. For final clarification, I will be submitting one permit application for 990 Beechnut (APNs 23407001 and 23407006), one permit application for 880 Beechnut(23407004), and one permit for Fourth St at N. Central (APN 23515025). You do not need a permit application for the work on City of Tracy property, on Fourth St just south of parcel APN 23515025? Please see attached figures for boring locations.
