It looks like pervious work at this site
was charged one$375 Inspection Activity Fee, and two$125 Boring Fees,totaling$625.
The location on city property will be in the street near 24 Fourth St. I am obtaining the proper Encroachment Permit
from the city. Do I need another county application for this site? The other location is just north of Fourth St in parcel
APN 23515025.
Thank you
From: John Yoakum [EH] [mailto:JYoakumCcbsjcehd.com]
Sent: Monday, January 27, 2014 4:39 PM
To: Lauffenburger, Zachary
Subject: RE: Well & Boring Permit Application Questions
Zachary,
3
