Preliminary sample results received on November 21, 1996 <br /> confirmed the release of gasoline and gasoline constituents to soil beneath some piping.areas. <br /> Complete copies.of these analytical results will be transmitted to San Joaquin County Public Health <br /> Services as soon as they become available. <br /> Investigation of the release began withfield inspections during UST removal activities on <br /> November 18, 1996. Immediate measures to stop the release were taken by removing all product <br /> piping. No emergency conditions were present. <br /> 2652 (c) On November 22, 1996,an Underground Storage Tank Unauthorized Release(Leak) <br /> Contamination Site Report(attached)was.submitted to San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> In addition to the information provided on that report,the following are presented to satisfy all <br /> requirements of this subsection: <br /> (1) see,attached unauthorized release report <br /> (2) see-attached unauthorized release report. <br /> (3)-see attached.unauthorized release report <br /> (4) see attached unauthorized'release report. <br /> (5) see attached unauthorized release report <br /> (6),see attached unauthorized release;report: All product piping was removed on <br /> November 18, 1996 and will be transported under hazardous waste manifest to Richmond, <br /> �terycsar, <br /> Rt>t;ycjta�`e <br />
