Messrs.Nader Shareghi and Erik Teed-Bose - 3 - 22 March 2005 <br /> The Discharger is directed to immediately comply with its WDRs, including the MRP. By the dates <br /> presented below, Mountain House CSD/Trimark Communities shall submit the following technical <br /> reports: <br /> • By 20 April 2005, Mountain House CSD and Trimark Communities is hereby directed to submit <br /> the March 2005 monthly monitoring report. In addition, all future monitoring reports shall be <br /> submitted in accordance with the schedule presented in the MRP. <br /> • By 20 May 2005,the Discharger shall submit all outstanding monthly monitoring reports, <br /> beginning with the January 2004 report. If the data were not collected or are otherwise <br /> unavailable, Mountain House CSD and Trimark Communities shall submit a report by <br /> 20 May 2005 stating why the data is not available and the steps that will be taken in the future <br /> to ensure that complete reports are submitted in a timely manner. <br /> A copy of the WDRs Orders No. 98-109 and 98-192 are attached, as are the Standard Provisions. Please <br /> note that groundwater monitoring reports shall be prepared by or under the direction of an engineer or <br /> geologist registered to practice in California pursuant to California Business and Professions Code <br /> §6735, 7835, and 7835.1. All correspondence regarding WDR Order No. 98-109, including monitoring <br /> reports, should be submitted to Timothy O'Brien. All correspondence regarding WDR Order No. 98- <br /> 192, including monitoring reports, should be submitted to Lincoln King. <br /> While we hope to work cooperatively with Mountain House CSD and Trimark Communities, please <br /> remember that failure to submit the above reports is subject to enforcement actions.
