Therefore, the <br /> drainage facilities must be reconfigured to collect surface water runoff as described in Finding No. 14 of <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 98-109. By 30 September 2004, the Discharger shall submit <br /> a workplan to install the surface water collection equipment. The workplan shall include a schedule of <br /> implementation that shows all the collection equipment installed by 1 June 2005. <br /> Future submittals of this report shall contain a unique name or revised date to allow discussion of each <br /> report separately.
