Therefore, the drainage facilities must be reconfigured to collect surface water runoff as <br /> described in Finding No. 14 of Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. 98-109. By 30 September <br /> 2004, the Discharger shall submit a workplan to install the surface water collection equipment.
