CA0084271),MOUNTAIN HOUSE COMMUNITY <br /> SERVICES DISTRICT, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> The Mountain House Community Services District submitted a report of waste discharge (RWD) on <br /> 27 February 2003 to renew an NPDES permit for discharge from its wastewater treatment system to Old <br /> River. The Regional Board will draft an updated permit for the subject facility as our staff resources <br /> allow. Prior to submitting tentative WDRs to the Board for consideration, you will receive a copy for <br /> review and comment. <br /> In the interim, the terms and conditions of the expired permit are automatically continued in effect until <br /> the Regional Board adopts a new permit,pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 23,Division <br /> 3, Section 2235.4.
