•
' - ' ' .,Site,Background Information y.
WELDON CHURCH PROPERTY
104 West Beverly Place,Tracy; California
F. samples -collected from.total-depth in both boririgs, at a'concentration of 0.012.mg/kg 1No other ;
' target analytes were detected In the samples analyzed. i
'water samples were analyzed TPH-g and,BTEXcompounds were detected,only
Seventeen '
' in the grab ground water samples collected at water-table depth,(approx imately'l0 feet bsg)"and at,
total depth of borings B 17 and B-1 8.,The highest concentrations of contaminants were.detected in
the water table sainples, at 160,000-micrograms per liter(µg/l) TPH-g-in sample B17-1•; and 5,600
' µg11,benzene, 14,000 µg/1 toluene, 3,200 µg11 ethylben2ene and 12,000 :µg/l lxylenes in sample
1318-1.At total depth,maximum TPH-g concentration was 3,900,µg/1(1318-2);•however;the BTEX
concentrations were considerably lower;benzene was notdetected,maximum toluene concentration• '
' was 3.8 µgll (1318'-2), maximum ethylbenzene concentration was 2.2 µg/1 (B 1.7-2).and maxi'm'um. ;
xylenes concentration was.16.8 µg/1(B 18-2). No other target analytes were detected in the samples ;
analyzed. r `
A total of 24 soil borings have.been advanced on and' off the site, seven of which have-been
' .completed as groundwater monitoring wells,.providing data concerning hydrocarbon impact on soil
and ground water, soil composition, and ground water flow direction. Laboratory analysis of soil
samples collected from monitoring wells and soil probe borings constrain the plume of impacted soil..
' • to the'immediate vicinity ofthe`formerUST excavation.The lateral extent of impacted ground water.
appears to be delineated in all directions from,the former UST excavation. Laboratory analysis of,
ground water samples collected north-of the: former UST:excavation, from well. MW-4, have
I consistently detected,total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline.(TPH-g),benzene,toluene,
ethylbenzene and total xylenes(BTEX) and have generally detected.the sample analytes in samples
from MW-1. These detections were not confirmed north.of well MW;-4 with additiorlal:soil'borings
' toward the.north, east and west of MW-4.
., .' _ V •' .' ,' 1`. _ ' ' •. .. ,' a `' i •
1.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc: `
