It will be designed to minimize the exposure of personnel <br /> iy <br /> working at the site to potentially hazardous materials. <br /> 3� <br /> 2.2 PERMITTING OF SOIL BORINGS <br /> A San Joaquin County PHS-EHD boring permit will be obtained for a total of three soil borings. In <br /> accordance with the terms and conditions of the soil boring permits,the PHS-EHD will be notified prior <br /> 'to the commencement of field work at the site and boring logs will be submitted to PHS-EHD within 30 <br /> days of the completion of field work.
