Ponder Environmental was on site continuing PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 60 min the excavation and clean up. I took photos. I met with Jordan Cain and Joe Teubner SC 544 <br /> of Pacific Ethanol, as well as Thomas Jensen ofArcadis. Central California Traction, <br /> the responsible party, contracted Arcadis to complete the spill clean up. Jordan <br /> indicated that the correct amount of ethanol that had spilled was approximately <br /> 4,000 gallons. Thomas indicated he will have Ponder Environmental excavate the <br /> site until there is no further visible contamination of the soil, and they will be testing <br /> the soil for any remaining contaminants before backfilling. I requested for Thomas to <br /> notify me of a detailed plan on what exactly he plans to test for in the soil. Thomas <br /> agreed he would notify the EHD once he figures out his plan. I exchanged contact <br /> information with Thomas. <br /> 08/07/2017 Completed Emergency Response Record form and the photo log. PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 30 min SC 544 <br /> 08/09/2017 Received a call from Scott Hackman regarding a meeting scheduled at the site, PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 30 min where a Port of Stockton representative will be present to discuss the final steps of SC 544 <br /> the spill clean up. I indicated to Scott that I was not made aware of the meeting until <br /> now, but would request my supervisor Garrett Backus to attend the meeting with <br /> me. Scott did not know the time of the meeting but indicated he would let me know <br /> as soon as he found out. Scott also asked who has jurisdiction over the site to write <br /> a no further action letter. Per Muni N. I stated that the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board and the Department of Toxic Substance Control would have <br /> jurisdiction to determine that no further action is required. <br /> Page 4 of 6 <br />
