( ) Defendant shall, on or before July 1, 1993 , make a grant <br /> of FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15, 000.00) to the San <br /> Joaquin County "Environmental Health Division Trust <br /> Fund" . All of these monies to be used in addition to, <br /> and not in lieu of, money budgeted to the Environmental <br /> Health Division by the Board of Supervisors, for <br /> Environmental toxic enforcement activities, including <br /> increased staff training, equipment, community <br /> education/public participation, investigation, <br /> preparation, and sampling activities. 4 3 <br /> ( ) Defendant shall, on or before August 1, 199 , make a <br /> grant of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10, 000. 00) to the San <br /> Joaquin County "Environmental Health Division Trust <br /> Fund" . San Joaquin County District Attorney $4 , 200. 09)for <br /> all costs associated with this case through- date of <br /> entry of plea. <br />
