This disposal site does not have waste discharge re- <br /> quirements from this Board and does not comply with applicable waste discharge <br /> regulations. In addition, the disposal of pesticide containers in the manner observed at <br /> this site may violate State and Federal hazardous waste laws. <br /> Based on the 2 October 1992 discussion between County and Board staff members, we <br /> are sending this information to you for follow-up action as the County deems necessary <br /> to obtain regulatory compliance at this site. We have also contacted Mary Jensen of the <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's Office regarding the pesticide container disposal.
