Onsite met with Linden fire. Per Caltrans Rich Taylor the clean up PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 270 min was complete. Observed residual contamination in the ditch area where the truck SC 974 <br /> had overturned. Prepared NTA. Called Rich Taylor and left a message indicating that <br /> clean up is not complete and I will be emailing him NTA. <br /> 05/26/2015 Site visit to observe the continuation of clean up. Discussed the progress and the PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 120 min Water Board referral with Kasey Folley (Prog. Coordinator). SC 544 <br /> 05/27/2015 Site visit to observe final clean up. Was able to take pictures, with facility's PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 132 min permition. Downloaded pictures, created picture file. Emailed pictures to Kasey SC 544 <br /> Foley. Prepared ER record and a site map for the spill. <br /> 05/27/2015 Prop 65 PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 24 min SC 203 <br /> 05/27/2015 ER log creation, transcribed events. PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 30 min SC 544 <br /> 06/01/2015 Received a phone call from Kaviko Tupou, Shell Advisor, 310-816-2250,who had PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 24 min questions regarding NTA and waste disposal profile and waste disposal. Went over SC 544 <br /> the notice to abate and explained what type of shipping/waste disposal <br /> documentation I will need before I can abate the complaint. <br /> 06/04/2015 Received a phone call from Brad Shelton with Central Valley Regional Water Quality PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 12 min Control Board, who asked about the status of this spill, went over all the clean-up SC 544 <br /> activities. Brad provided an email address for Kristin Shelton, <br /> kristin.shelton@waterboards.ca.gov for referral of this case. <br /> 06/17/2015 Received a phone call from Kawika Tupou, asking for the review of the waste PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 54 min profiling laboratory analytical results emailed to EHD on 6-10-2015. Told him I will SC 544 <br /> review them and get back to him today. Reviewed laboratory analytical data, <br /> Arsenic TTLC was detected at 119 mg/kg and as such STLC and TCLP were ran <br /> and were detected at 0.376 and 0.223 mg/L, respectively, which indicate this waste <br /> non-hazardous for metals. The rest of the tested metals didn't exceed TTLC limits. <br /> Due to TPH detection below"triggel lever' no fish bioassay was analyzed. TPH-d <br /> was detected at 4,900 kmg/kg. Discussed results with Garrett B. (Lead Sr.), called <br /> Mr. Tupou back at 310-816-2250, and told him that their disposal method seems <br /> reasonable. The waste will be disposed at Altamont Landfill as non-hazardous. He <br /> will provide waste acceptance and disposal records, waste will be shipped offsite <br /> next week. <br /> 10/12/2015 Reviewed the complaint, called Gerard Djuth (916)464-4677 with the Water Board, PE 2546 MANZO <br /> 12 min left a voice message indicating that the EHD would like to refer this complaint to his SC 004 <br /> attention for the possible further clean up and to please call me back and let me <br /> know to whose attention I should mail this complaint to.
