Thank you for the email that I received <br /> notifying me it was inspected and handled. <br /> However, a few of my colleagues that have visited this eatery are still very concerned about many of the same <br /> unsanitary conditions. One of them noticed the same thing about the chip trays being re used, another one <br /> noticed the ladies not wearing hair nets or gloves when touching food and passing the food out with a very dirty <br /> old towel and serving it to the tables, my last friend that visited the taqueria noticed that the plates seemed to be <br /> dirty like they weren't being properly washed, she saw a piece of rice and beans smeared on the bottom of the <br /> plate. <br /> We have always enjoyed their food and just want to make sure that it's properly handled so we came to the <br /> conclusion either the owner isn't implying the rules of food safety handling or a different inspector should come <br /> by the premises and inspect and talk to him. This could be what he needs to understand the importance of food <br /> handling. <br /> I hope to hear from you soon and that the place was once again visited. <br /> Thank you <br />
