Foley and dated November 29, 1988. <br /> The proposed tank installation is adjacent to the location of <br /> previouslyremoved tanks which had some associated soil and <br /> groundwater contamination. We recognize the need to 'begin re- <br /> mediation of this problem and have notified Mr. }Cordon Boggs of <br /> the Regional Water Board to this effect. Specif`icall'y we are <br /> prepared to proceed immediately with a site invgstigation follow- <br /> ing the guidelines of the Board.
