In the past, petroleum-affected soil associated with <br /> ChevronTexaco's historical pipelines in this vicinity has been accepted for non-hazardous <br /> disposal as Class 11 daily cover at the Waste Management Altamont facility. <br /> Regardless of what disposal or reuse option is selected, soil will be transported from site <br /> stockpile locations using a California-and Department of Transportation-certified hazardous <br /> waste hauler under appropriate manifest or bill of lading procedures, as necessary; <br /> ChevronTexaeo will be listed as the generator of these soils.
