' 01 November 2005 <br /> • AGE-NC Project No. 02-0977 <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> ' stated that the above referenced site is connected to the city sewer system, and that there are no <br /> known septic systems in the immediately surrounding area. <br /> On 01 November 2005, representatives of AGE performed a file review at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health department. The file review identified ed bonng permits for the active LUFT <br /> investigation and did not identify any septic pits or septic systems on or near the site. <br /> Our professional services were erfa <br /> rmed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings were based mainly <br />' upon records available and visual observations.
