However, please also analyze the soil samples from Tank#1 <br /> for stoddard solvent and the soil samples from Tank#2 for total lead. <br /> This work can be scheduled to begin any time aft e a permit to drill is issued by this <br /> office. Please submit to PHS-EHD a completed permit application and the associated <br /> $89.00 fee. <br /> For all sites with a documented release of petroleL m to the subsurface, PHS-EHD <br /> strongly recommends the submittal of an application to the State Water Resources <br /> Control Board Cleanup Fund Program as soon as possible. Reimbursements through <br /> the fund help ease the financial burden of these ty, es of investigations and allow for <br /> timelier corrective action and closure at fuel leak s tes.
