The following is a summary: ➢ Submitted Results of Remedial Well Installation and Ozone Bench Test, July 27, 2008 ➢ EHD responded with August 6, 2008 letter requesting a pilot test. ➢ Submitted Work Plan for Remedial Pilot Testing dated September 5, 2008 ➢ EDH responded with September 25, 2008 letter that the Work Plan for Remedial Pilot Testing was inadequate. ➢ Submitted Revised Work Plan for Remedial Pilot Testing dated Oct 20, 2008. ➢ EDH responded with Nov. 5, 2008 approving Revised Work Plan for Remedial Pilot Testing We now have an Authority to Construct the remedial system from San Joaquin Valley APCD, a building permit ready for pick-up with the City of Lathrop, and a contract for utility connection with PG&E to install the onsite portion of the SVE and Ozone sparge system. From EHD's letter dated August 6, 2008 it looks like the RWQCB just wanted a pilot test at the site based on the bench test conducted and no WDR at this time. I will get you a construction schedule for the installation of the remedial system in the next week or so and then I can prepare a schedule for the 6 months of pilot testing that was outlined in the Revised Work Plan for Remedial Pilot Testing.
