Staff responded by requesting that the rebound test continue for one year <br /> after the 17 August 2004 shutdown of the groundwater pump and treatment system. Upon successful <br /> completion of the rebound test, staff now concurs with your request for termination of coverage under the <br /> General Permit No. 5-00-119-01 as reasonable and appropriate. This project started on 6 November 2000 <br /> and was completed on 13 August 2004.
