(AGE). The Workplan <br /> proposes 4 additional Geoprobe®borings to further evaluate the distribution of Methyl Tert-butyl Ether(MtBE) <br /> in soil and groundwater,prior to installing additional groundwater monitoring wells. The boring locations shown <br /> in Figure 2 include the Chevron source area south of MW-4,the middle of the McDonalds parking lot, and <br /> southeast and southwest of the New West Petroleum south fuel dispenser island. <br /> In a letter dated 29 October 2003 (copy included),I provisionally concurred to the original Work Plan Addendum. <br /> I concur to this Workplan with the same conditions, and provide a report by 15 May 2004 proposing installation <br /> of additional monitoring well(s)per prior approved workplan(s). <br /> Please apply for required permits from San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) and <br /> provide at least 72 hours prior notice, so that SJCEHD and I may be present for the fieldwork.
