Flag City Chevron
6421 Capitol Avenue, Lodi - 3 - 26 August 2002
Analytes listed in item R6 above are requirements of the General Order No. 5-00-119 For Discharge To Surface
Waters Of Groundwater From Cleanup Of Petroleum Fuel Pollution, and may only be revised by issuing a new
Notification of Applicability, which would require you to file a new Notice of Intent to Discharge. Based on the
analytical results reported for monitoring and extraction wells in the Q2-2002 Report, the remedial system may
not need to be operated much longer. Therefore, instead of filing a new Notice of Intent to Discharge, you may
choose to continue monthly monitoring as directed until the Flag City Chevron remedial system is turned off.
The next Quarterly Status Report is due to this office on or before 15 October 2002. Please notify me at least
five business days prior to any site work or sampling. If you have any questions or comments, please call me at
(916) 255-3115.
Marty Hartzell,R.G.
Associate Engineering Geologist
cc: Mr. Mark Owens,UST Cleanup Fund, SWRCB, Sacramento
Mr.Mike hifuina, San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division, Stockton
Mr. Timothy J.
