(AGE) has prepared this letter in response <br /> to a California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB) letter <br /> dated 21 December 2001. The RWQCB letter stated that a revised time schedule was required by <br /> 10 January 2002 to ensure the Rocky's Restaurant water connection to a permanent water source and <br /> the destruction of the Rocky's Restaurant domestic water well was completed within a short time <br /> frame. Therefore,in accordance the RWQCB letter,the following revised time schedule will apply: <br /> 1. On 05 December 2001, AGE submitted a completed pre-approval package to the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund (USTCF) for the destruction of Rocky's <br /> Restaurant domestic water well RDW-1. <br /> 2. On or before 20 January 2002,AGE will submit a pre-approval package to the USTCF for <br /> connecting Rocky's Restaurant to a permanent water source. <br /> 3. On or before 20 March 2002,BFLP will complete the Rocky's Restaurant connection to the <br /> San Joaquin County Service Area municipal water. <br /> 4. On or before 22 March 2002, AGE proposes to properly destroy the Rocky's Restaurant <br /> domestic water well RDW-1. <br /> 5.
