•
15 June 2001
AGE-NC Project No. 96-0232
reported by GAL as having a turbidity value of 22 NTU; temperature, flow rate, dissolved oxygen,
EC and pH were collected utilizing field instruments and recorded in a field notebook. Table 2 was
modified to include all monthly monitoring receiving water results for temperature and flow rate.
A copy of the GAL report is included with this addendum.
• Receiving water sample results far nitrate in March:Upstream receiving water monitoring point R-1
was"dry"during March 2001 and therefore not monitored;the downstream R-2 receiving water row
for nitrate in Table 1 has been revised to represent the March 2001 effluent-nitrate analysis (10.2
mg/L). Because R-1 is "dry" upstream, then the effluent represents the entire stream flow in the
Coldani ditch. Therefore, the effluent-nitrate should be representative of the downstream receiving
water R-2 monitoring point.
• Receiving water results for temperature and flow rate:Upstream receiving water monitoring point
R-1 was "dry" during December 2000 and January, February and March 2001 and therefore not
monitored;R-2 receiving water monitoring data for temperature and flow rate were collected during
December 2000 and January,February and March 2001 monitoring events utilizing field instruments
and recorded in a field notebook. The R-1 and R-2 receiving water rows in Table 2 has been
modified to include all monthly monitoring effluent results for temperature and flow rate.
To date, there is no flow upstream of receiving water monitoring point R-1; to comply with reporting
requirements of General Order 5-00-119,an additional row for R-1 was added to Table 2 to list the upstream
receiving water parameters (i.e. no flow or dry). If you have any questions or require further information,
please contact me at(209)467-1006.
Sincerely,
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
Timothy J(ItuelVr
Project Geologist
Enclosure
cc: Mr. Richard Bokides,Bokides Family Limited Partnership
Mr. Michael Infurna, San Joaquin County Public Health Services -Environmental Health
Mr. Scott Rishwain, Rishwain&Rishwain
Mr. Cecil Dillon,Flag City Limited Partnership
Mr.Navtej Dhingsa, First Invest.Flag City ,Inc.
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
