Non-compliance with Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 5-00-700. <br /> • Failure to sample CSA wells in Q1-2001. <br /> • Failure to submit a quarterly update in Q1-2001 to provide a permanent water source <br /> for Rocky's Restaurant. <br /> 2. Deficiency with General Order No. 5-00-119 reporting requirements. <br /> 3. Installation of dispenser pans, and completion of tracer testing <br /> • As required by SB 989, under H&SC Section 25284.1(a)(4)(C), dispenser pans must <br /> be installed at the Flag City site by 1 July 2001. <br /> • Based on results presented in the Problem Assessment Report, a new release has <br /> occurred. The County requested Flag City Chevron to complete tracer testing on <br /> 17 August 2000, and again on 6 October 2000. <br />
