• 4. Rocky's Well Abandonment and Destruction. Options presented to supply an alternative <br /> water source for Rocky's Restaurant. <br /> A. Bulk Water Supply <br /> Currently in use for Restaurant drinking and cooking water supply. County <br /> requirements for temporary water systems have not been met. <br /> Short-term, costly solution. <br /> B. Replacement Well <br /> • CSA wells completed to approximately 150 feet due to expected brackish water <br /> contamination at deeper water bearing zones. <br /> • Other potential drilling locations limited due to on-site septic system. <br /> C. Well head Treatment <br /> Well screened at three intervals. Wellhead treatment does not prevent cross- <br /> contamination. <br /> D. Annex to County Service Area,hookup to supplied water. <br /> • Post a$620,000 bond for sewer expansion. <br /> • Wait for another landowner to post sewer expansion bond. <br /> a.
