Advanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental Inc. <br /> '110 N is Pfd 1 08 <br /> 13 March 2000 <br /> AGE-NC Project No. 96-0232 <br /> Mr. Marty Hartzell <br /> CENTRAL VALLEY REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL BOARD <br /> 3443 Routier Road, Suite A <br /> Sacramento,CA 95827-3003 <br /> Subject: Schedule For Annexation and Connection to the Flag City Water System <br /> Rocky's Restaurant- 14659 Thornton Road,Lodi, California <br /> Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 5-00-700 <br /> Dear Mr. Hartzel l: <br /> As part of the above-referenced Cleanup and Abatement (C&A) Order, the Bokides Family Limited <br /> Partnership (BFLP) is required to prepare a plan with timeline to provide a permanent water source for <br /> Rocky's Restaurant located at 14659 Thornton Road, Lodi, California. <br /> The BFLP is presently pursuing annexation into Community Service Area No. 31 for the Rocky's parcel. <br /> Annexation will allow Rocky's to connect to the County service area water wells and eliminate the use of <br /> the on-site water well. It is our understanding that the entire process should be completed within 6 months. <br /> Therefore, we estimate connection to the Flay City water system by 15 September 2000. <br /> As per the attached letter from Mr. Scott Rishwain of Rishwain & Rishwain, attorney for the BFLP, <br /> application for annexation will be submitted on or before 10 April 2000. The hearing for the application will <br /> be held by the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) on 19 May 2000. <br /> Annexation progress will be updated each quarter, with any changes to the schedule detailed in Quarterly <br /> Reports.
