The Workplan Addendum was provided in <br /> response to additional investigation work required under Cleanup and Abatement Order No. 5-00-700. <br /> The 24 September 1999 Remedial Investigation/Feasibility Study Workplan was submitted by AGE, <br /> and approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division on 6 October 1999. The <br /> Workplan Addendum describes drilling five cone penetrometer testing (CPT) borings, collecting and <br /> analyzing soil and groundwater samples, and installing five pairs of clustered groundwater monitoring <br /> wells. The Workplan Addendum is approved as submitted. <br /> Please notify Mr. Mike Info na at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division and me at <br /> least two business days prior to any site work or sampling.
