Provide an alternative water source for Rocky's Restaurant and all other 24 March 2000 <br /> drinking water supplies that become affected by the discharge of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon fuel. <br /> 6. Implement the County approved 24 September 1999 Workplan with the 25 February 2000 <br /> following additions: <br /> a. Starting 25 February 2000,complete monthly groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling of all monitoring wells(MW-1,-2, -4, -5, -6A, <br /> -613, and-7),Rocky's Restaurant well, the Three B's Truck Plaza well, <br /> and the Flag City well. <br /> b. All soil and groundwater samples must be analyzed for fuel <br /> oxygenates by EPA Method 8260B <br /> c. Define the vertical extent of contamination plumes)both on-site <br /> and off-site <br /> d. Provide well construction details for the Flag City Well <br /> e. Install a multi-level monitoring well (tested or cluster)to serve as <br /> sentinel well between the on-site contamination plume(s)and the Flag <br /> City Well located approximately 800 feet east <br /> f. Install a monitoring well (nested or cluster)between the on-site <br /> contamination plume and Rocky's well to determine vertical movement <br /> of the plume. <br /> 7. Submit a complete Problem Assessment Report acceptable to the Board 15 April 2000 <br /> and County staff, as described in Appendix A of the Tri-Regional <br /> Recommendations and include Requirements for any discharge permits <br /> and a time line for application. <br /> 8. Within 15 days of Board staff approval of the Problem Assessment 1 May 2000 <br /> Report, but no later than 1 May 2000, submit a Final Remediation Plan <br /> (described in Appendix A)for the cleanup of the soil and groundwater at <br /> the site. <br /> 9. Within 60 days of Board staff approval of the selected Remedial Option, 1 July 2000 <br /> but no later than 1 July 2000,implement and continuously operate,the <br /> approved remediation system,with the exception of periodic and <br /> required maintenance. Any interruption in the operation of the cleanup <br /> system(s).other than for maintenance,without prior approval of the <br /> Executive Officer, is a violation of this Order. <br /> 12. Notify the Board and County staff at least 48 hours prior to any work or sampling. <br /> 13. Obtain all necessary local and state permits prior to beginning work. <br />
