Submit all reports and correspondence to the Board's Sacramento Office and the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Division. Under penalty of perjury, the technical reports as <br /> directed, which shall be submitted to the Executive Officer and County, and signed by an <br /> appropriately licensed professional (technical reports and plans,including drilling logs and soil <br /> and groundwater sampling, are to be prepared,signed, and certified by a Registered Geologist, <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,Certified Engineering Geologist,or Certified Hydrogeologist (all must <br /> be licensed by the State of California). <br /> 15. Beginning by 1 August 2000, submit a quarterly progress reports for the Flag City Chevron site <br /> work that provides the results of groundwater monitoring and sample analysis and site work <br /> performed during the previous calendar quarter. Groundwater analysis is to include total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline,benzene,toluene,ethyl benzene,total xylenes,EDS, <br /> 1,2-DCA,MTBE,TBA,DIPS,ETRE,TAME,ethanol, and methanol. Quarterly progress reports <br /> are due by the 15th day of the month following each calendar quarter and shall include: <br /> a. Groundwater elevation contour maps <br /> b. Pollutant concentration contour maps <br /> c. Groundwater purge data sheets <br /> d. Tabular results of current and all previous data <br /> c. Narrative describing the work presented in the report, including methodology <br /> f. Discussion of the status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> g. Evaluation of the effectiveness of cleanup activities an estimate of pollutants treated <br /> versus pollutants remaining <br /> h. A schedule for future activities tabulated data <br /> i. Include data from the last three months documentation of treatment or proper disposal of <br /> any polluted soil or groundwater generated during the investigation and cleanup activities. <br /> 16. If groundwater monitoring indicates the groundwater plume has migrated beyond laterally or <br /> vertically defined limits during the quarter,the quarterly report must include a work plan and <br /> schedule,with work to begin within thirty days of report submittal,to define the new plume <br /> limits. <br /> GARY M.
