As of this date PHS-EHD has not received a tank installation plan <br /> or the associated fees . This plan is required to be approved by <br /> PHS-EHD prior to new tank installation and takes a substantial <br /> period of time for review. Without a time table I can' t be sure <br /> of your construction schedule and I recommend you contact Michael <br /> Kith at (209) 468-3444 to verify installation requirements and <br /> review time availability. <br /> Your over-excavation plan is approved for entry into the Public <br /> Comment period for Public Participation. I will prepare the <br /> official Notice of Findings and post the site . I anticipate the <br /> comment period to start on January 11, 1995 and extend through <br /> January 16, 1995 . You will be notified by phone at the period' s <br /> end to verify approval or the next course of action.
