Chevron
Chevron
several groundwater monitoring reports to your agency as support for their well abandonment
request. Chevron supports Mr. Dillon's pursuits and as such, will assume full responsibility for the
proper abandonment of the three wells. At the same time,,Chevron would also be willing to
transfer ownership of the monitoring wells to the responsible party if Del-Tech's data reveals the
need for further site investigation. In that event, Chevron would appreciate further information
from SJCPHS that would describe requirements in effect for the transfer of ownership of
groundwater monitoring wells.
If you have any questions or comments, you may contact me at(510) 842-8695.
Sincerely, /J
Brett L.
