A ` , J O a Q U I ` ,Ifl}II Environmental Health Department <br /> C� C)U N 1 - <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: LING NAM EXPRESS, 563 W CLOVER RD, TRACY 95376 <br /> Patriot Pest Control performed a service'last week" (no date on service flyer). Per service flyer, 8 glue traps were placed: by <br /> the hot water heater, by the stockroom, by the mixer, in the stockroom, and by the entrance. Patriot 925-447-7100 <br /> Per Manager,two rats have been caught. <br /> Observations this date: <br /> *metal"tin cats"are placed, but do not contain glue boards/sticky traps inside. <br /> *snap traps are placed in facility at the wooden prep table. <br /> *three glue boards/sticky traps have rodent hair on them. <br /> *rodent droppings are on the top of the cardboard (on top of the mixers)-per Manager the droppings are from the ceiling/roof. <br /> *a sticky board and metal screening has been placed at the small opening at the ceiling panel by the toilet room. <br /> *Facility has been cleaned. <br /> *Pallets of bulk ingredients have been moved. Bulk ingredients are now stored on top of a table. <br /> Both facilities(Ling Nam &Pop)need to concentrate on maintaining a routine cleaning procedures. Clean up spilled food and <br /> spilled sugar containing items. Maintain all open food containers closed.
